What will you discover when you step inside Forest of Imagination?

Wander through a bamboo enclosure designed by award-winning architects, Fielden Clegg Bradley Studios

Discover an enchanted miniature forest, designed by international landscape architects Grant Associates, and populated by the Foresters, created by local visual artist Edwina Bridgeman

…a pathway lined by the strange and mysterious over sized flowers created by artist Jessica Palmer – they might even talk…

Join The House of Fairy Tales on an exploration through the Forest…they have invited the paleontologists, experts and adventurers of Curiovan (the world’s smallest natural history museum) to help you discover its flora and fauna…[/vc_column_text][/vc_column]

…a collection of curiosities (rarely seen) from the museum vaults at the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution are on show at Forest for you to explore, handle and find out more about their intriguing history – including the gigantic Narwhal Tusk and plesiosaur bone!

There will even be a giant magic rabbit designed by Andrew Grant!

Inside BRLSI is ‘Head in the Clouds’ an interactive installation enabling you to put your head in the clouds, allowing you to focus your attention inwards and let the mind wander – increasing imagination and creativity (designed by Matthew Leece (Bath Spa University).

Get creative in free, drop-in workshops with artists and designers in our House of Imagination (in BRLSI) and in Queen Square – please see our programme for further details, times and locations.
